Panmure Liberum appointed as Nomad, Financial Adviser and Sole Broker to DP Poland PLC

DP Poland holds the exclusive rights to develop, operate, and sub-franchise Domino’s Pizza stores across Poland and Croatia. The group currently manages 120 Domino’s locations in cities and towns throughout both countries and following their recent acquisition of Pizzeria 105, an additional 90 franchised outlets across Poland. DP Poland’s strategic goal is to become Poland’s leading pizza brand, underpinned by a capital-light, franchise-led model.
