Urban Logistics raises £89.2 million

We are delighted to announce we acted as corporate broker and joint bookrunner to Urban Logistics REIT plc on their placing to raise £89.2 million. The funds raised by the Panmure Gordon team came from existing shareholders as well as new high-quality institutions. The proceeds of the issue will be used to acquire an identified pipeline of last-mile logistics properties. This is the second equity raise that Panmure Gordon has supported Urban Logistics with this year, raising a total of £225m.
