Urban Logistics £130m fundraising co-led by Panmure Gordon

Panmure Gordon acted as joint broker for Urban Logistics’ £130m fundraising, which will support the company’s future growth.

The amount raised from existing and nearly 50 new investors exceeded the company’s target placing size of £100m. The placing is subject to approval by shareholders at the General Meeting on 9 March.

Panmure Gordon has been expanding its Real Estate franchise. The team included Chloe Ponsonby, Emma Earl and Sandy Clark in Investment Banking, Miranda Cockburn in Research, David Hawkins in Sales and Jason Cockburn in Sales Trading.
