Sapna joined Panmure Gordon in November 2019 and has over 15 years’ experience advising Investment Company and REIT Boards and Fund Managers on IPO and equity transactions, M&A, strategic reviews, reconstructions as well as providing day-to-day corporate broking advice. Sapna is a non-executive director of The Association of Investment Companies. Prior to joining Panmure Gordon she worked at UBS, Oriel Securities (now Stifel) and Cenkos Securities.
