Panmure Gordon acted as joint bookrunner for STV Group’s successful £16.2 million fundraising through a share placing with new and existing investors.
The Scottish media company will use the proceeds to strengthen its balance sheet and ensure that the company is in a strong position to continue to deliver its successful growth strategy when market conditions normalise.
The deal team included Dominic Morley, Charlie Leigh-Pemberton, Alina Vaskina and Ailsa Macmaster.
