Electronic Communication

Legislation has now been passed which permits us to send certain communications (such as the Annual Report and Accounts) to our shareholders electronically and to communicate with shareholders via the website.

If you do not respond within 28 days to a letter from us requesting your agreement to receive documents via the website, you will be deemed to have agreed to website communication. Where a document or information is provided via the website, we will notify shareholders of the presence of the document or information, the place on the website where it may be accessed and how to access the document or information. This notification will be sent to you by post, unless you have already registered your e-mail address with our Registrar, Computershare Investor Services PLC.

If you wish to receive notifications by e-mail, go to the Computershare registration page and register online. You will need your Shareholder Reference Number when you first log in. Before you register, you will be asked to agree to the Terms and Conditions for Electronic Communication. It is important that you read these terms and conditions carefully as they set out the basis on what type of electronic communications will be sent to you.

If you have agreed, or are deemed to have agreed, to website communication, you may at any time ask us to send you a hard copy of the document or information which has been posted to the website, or to notify us that you would like us to send all future documents or information to you through the post.
