We work with clients quoted on several markets, including the Premium, Standard and Specialist Fund Segments of the Main Market, AIM and Aquis.
Corporate Broking Services
Our corporate broking services team is highly experienced in helping our clients build strong relationships with a range of institutional investors. We work with our clients in building the most appropriate share register based on their stage of development and capital needs.
As a corporate broker and adviser, we currently work with around 100 corporate clients and a further 50 funds clients.
Sector Specialists
Our sector advisory teams work with companies to address the specific issues they face, which are often particular to their industry. The team builds long-term relationships with clients defined by the quality and independence of their advice and the ability to execute the chosen strategy.
Our bankers have extensive sector experience working with executive teams in their respective industries.
Growth Capital Solutions
Our growth capital solutions team provides access to private capital, both equity and debt. We are an industry agnostic team focused on direct equity investments, special situations, secondary investments and private equity funds.

Our highly experienced, dedicated investment funds, trusts and VCTs team comprises specialist sales, market-making, research and corporate finance expertise.
Initial Public Offerings
We work with companies who want to grow their business and we help them determine how best to meet their objectives. We are highly proficient in navigating the technical requirements of various equity markets.
We are an accredited and well respected sponsor for premium listed companies, nominated adviser (NOMAD) for AIM quoted companies and corporate adviser on the AQSE Growth Market. We have an outstanding track record in bringing high quality companies to market, and have completed over 50 IPOs over the last 15 years, raising over £3bn.
Mergers & Acquisitions
An M&A transaction is a critical moment for any client. We believe that the industry knowledge and technical expertise around which our team has been built is crucial and value-added for both corporates and investors alike.
We have acted as financial adviser on a wide range of transactions regulated by the UK Takeover Code on both the buy-side and the sell-side. We have acted on hostile as well as recommended offers, including those under non-UK jurisdictions, and also on private transactions.
