Panmure Gordon acts as corporate broker or adviser to circa 130 UK listed companies. As a group we provide sales and trading to institutional investors, produce research on a wide range of companies and make markets in the UK.

The company currently has 15,545,473 ordinary 4p shares in issue. Approximately 51% of the company’s shares are not in public hands.

Approximately 1m shares have been issued to US individuals and as a result have restrictions on their transfer, since the company´s shares are not registered under the US Securities Act of 1933 or any US state securities laws.
