My time at Panmure Gordon during Summer 2022 was a highly rewarding experience on several fronts. As an Economics and Comparative Literature double major, I had limited financial knowledge. Despite this, the programme took me in, and was willing to listen to all of my questions whilst equally providing me with training. Not only was the Equity Research team receptive to my questions, but as were other divisions of the bank. It was therefore wonderful to feel like I could ask anyone, regardless of their role or seniority, questions to deepen my understanding of the finance space.
